I've finally finished it!!!!!!! XD I was planning on making it about 8 chapters long but it became 13 chapters.... lol. but the story is kinda weird, i think.... well, i'll leave you to judge that. :D

Recap:

“You can call me Enna-chan like Natsune-chan. What shall I call you? Natsune-chan said that friends call each other differently than how acquaintances would.” She asked, still with that big smile on her face.

“You can call me Ryutaro...” he said, and he couldn’t help but smile at her, too.

“Ryutaro-san,” she said. “Nice to meet you.” She offered her hand.

Ryuu looked at it for a second and then he took it, shaking hands with the doll.

“Oh!” Enna gasped, and Ryuu was startled. “Did I do that to your forehead?” she asked him.

“I am so sorry, I did not mean to but you were so close... I apologize.” She said and bowed at him.

“It’s fine.” Ryuu said.

And one thought crossed his mind, ‘she’s such a doll.’

CHAPTER 7

Ryuu watched smilingly, as Enna-chan chatter to Natsune in his phone.

She was at first reluctant to use the phone but when she heard Natsune’s voice, she couldn’t keep her glee. She had asked him then if Natsune was inside the ‘weird thing.’ Ryuu laughed and said no, and that to talk to Natsune-chan first and promised to explain the phone later.

Ryuu didn’t really understand, but it has become ordinary that Enna-chan was alive. It just felt inherent that Enna-chan was there with him, talking to him, waiting for him for his return, and being his friend. Of course, at first, it was rather awkward and bizarre but because of Enna’s attributes, it was easy to adjust to her and this reality.

She was very friendly and very sweet. She always asked him how his day was and she listens to him whenever he has something up his mind. She was simple, too, and would easily be pleased with little things.

Once, he showed her his picture of Natsune in his wallet and she was so thrilled, she cried. She said she just missed Natsune so much, and so Ryuu gave her the picture. She was so happy she tried to hug his face. Ryuu laughed at that.

She was also very enquiring. She did not know much of things, so she always asks him. Like how DVD’s work or if it was dolls inside the small box they call TV.

She was also fond of music. She said that she was one of Hey! Say! JUMP’s fan. Ryuu have explained to her how he was an idol and how he has fans. Secretly, Ryuu thought that Enna-chan was his favourite fan.
Ryuu was rouse from his musings when Enna-chan called him.

“Ryutaro-san, Natsune-chan said she has to go...” she said sadly, looking at the phone.

Ryuu smiled at her and patted her on her head.

“Don’t worry, we’ll call her again, okay?” he soothed and he was contented when Enna beamed at him.

It just felt so natural...

Ryuu was very weird. Yabu was worried and he shared sentiments with Takaki and Inoo. Daiki and Hikaru are starting to worry, too. Ryuu has begun locking himself up his own room. He was normal at work but after every performance, or every rehearsal, he would come straight back to his room and wouldn’t leave there ‘til dinner or ‘til he is called.

“And he seems happy, these days.” Daiki had said.

“Do you think he has a girlfriend?” Hikaru had supposed.

But no... Yabu really couldn’t think of Ryuu having a girlfriend. And how? When? Who? It was really weird thinking that. Ryuu, who has asked him what love is and Ryuu with a girlfriend just doesn’t add up.

But what’s with him? Yabu couldn’t deny that he is acting weird and that he really seems happy these days.

“And secretive.” Inoo had added.

Yabu is really worried.

And besides BEST, Seven has also noticed Ryuu’s peculiar behaviour.

Chii had said that he always see Ryuu with the doll.

That was weird since Takaki said Ryuu was frightened of that doll.

Keito had said that he always see Ryuu going to Ruka-san, with the doll.

Wait, is it her? Does Ryuu like Ruka-san? But he’s half her age! She could almost be his mom! No. It can’t be Ruka-san.

Yuto had said that sometimes he could hear Ryuu talking to someone inside his room.

So is that the girlfriend? On the phone? Is she a classmate? A childhood friend?

Yama-chan said he saw Ryuu looked inside his bag and then smiled.

What does that mean?

Yabu felt dizzy, nothing really adds up!

“Enna-chan, I’ll be going.” Ryuu called.

“Hai. Have fun!” Enna said waving at him.

He smiled at her and then left the room.

Enna dropped her smile when the door closed.

She had grown attached to Ryutaro. When Ryutaro said they could be friends, she was so happy. She felt the same as when Natsune asked her to be her friend. Ryutaro had become a very important friend for Enna, just like Natsune. But it was also somehow different. Ryutaro is different.

She always wants to make him smile, make him laugh. Sure, it’s the same for Natsune but when Ryuu smiled at her, it somehow makes everything different. And she always seems to make him smile, she don’t know what she does, but it brought her wonderful feelings knowing she made him laugh or smile once more.

He always pats her head; he takes very good care of her. And he takes good care of his little brother, too. He always checks up on him.

He is gentle, he helps her whenever she stumbles and tousles her kimono. He comforts her, too, whenever she misses Natsune so much. Ryutaro-san really is remarkable.

She also heard good things from other people about Ryutaro, too. Some of the older people say he is very mature and he is very kind. He heard things from other members, too. Ryutaro has introduced them to Enna. And the way he talked about them, Enna could tell her really values them. And it seems it’s the same for the other members.

She once heard Yabu-san saying Ryuu was growing up too fast, his tone was a little sad but she could hear his smile. She also heard Yamada-san and Nakajima-san talking about him, complimenting him about how he improved in their performance.

Enna didn’t know where it is coming from, but she felt very proud of Ryutaro.

The door suddenly opened. And in came Takaki-san and Inoo-san.

“Ryuu?” they called.

They looked around but thankfully it didn’t seem that they noticed anything strange.

“He’s not here.” Inoo-san said, catching his breath.

“Where do you think he’s gone?” Takaki-san asked.

“I’ve no idea. I thought he’ll come straight here.” Inoo-san replied.

He sighed.

“Honestly, that new choreographer was too harsh.” Inoo-san complained.

“I think he was just provoking Ryuu. He knows he can do better. He’s really improved.” Takaki-san said.

“Nevertheless, he didn’t have to say those things. Everyone can make mistakes. He’s just a kid even with his mature facade.” Inoo-san said.

“That’s true.” Takaki-san allowed. “Well, come on or Yabu will drown in his anxiety.”

The two of them left the room. Enna grew worried. What happened to Ryuu?

Enna didn’t know what to do. She knew something happened to Ryutaro but she didn’t know where he was. She didn’t even know where they were. She didn’t see anything outside the room they were staying in.

The door opened once more and Enna stood still.

She was relieved when she saw it was Ryutaro. Her relief was short-lived, though. She knew when she saw his face that he was dejected.

“Ryutaro-san?” she called, tentatively.

He looked at her and then smiled, but it didn’t reach his eyes.

“Enna-chan.”

“Are you okay?” she asked.

He just nodded.

“You... you do not seem fine.” She observed.

Ryuu plopped beside her.

He sighed.

“I did it again.” He said to Enna. He didn’t know why, but he felt really comfortable with sharing anything with her. “I messed up with my steps. Again. I’m so clumsy, I don’t really understand why I’m part of JUMP.”

Enna pouted. And Ryuu have to chuckle at that.

“You are not clumsy! You are just human. Everyone makes mistakes.” Ryuu looked at Enna.

“Where did you get that from?”

“I heard Inoo-san saying this earlier. He was quite upset that your k-korr—“

“Choreographer...” Ryuu said.

“Him. Inoo-san was quite upset that he told you harsh things.” She said.

“And you are part of JUMP! Everyone here really likes you and it would not be JUMP if Ryutaro-san was not part of it!” she continued.

Ryuu smiled at her. “Thanks, Enna-chan.”

Enna pouted more. “You do not believe me.”

“I do. Really.” Ryuu said but Enna wasn’t convinced.

“Ryutaro-san! You are my ichiban!” she said, trying to encourage him.

Ryuu blushed. He knew he explained to her about fans and how they are like. And sure, Enna might not really understand what she’s saying but no one has ever told him those three words.

He looked at Enna.

Enna was surprised when she saw that expression on Ryuu’s face. He was very serious.

But then he smiled.

“If that’s true, would you please stop calling me Ryutaro-san? Call me Ryuu-kun...” he said.

Enna looked innocently at Ryuu.

“Ryuu—“

“RYUU!” Yamada’s voice can be heard from outside.

“Ryuu! Are you there?” He knocked.

Ryuu sighed.

“Hai, I’m here.”

“Go back! Yabu is being a parent again!” he said.

“Hai. I will. One sec.” Ryuu said.

He looked at Enna, waiting.

Enna looked at her questioningly.

“Say my name.” He said.

“R-ryuu-kun?” she said tentatively.

Ryuu beamed. “Thank you, Enna, I’m fine now. I’ll be back in a few.” He said as he dashed out, seemingly energized.
