AN: This is BASED ON A TRUE STORY!!! This happened when I and crescentharpe  was in sixth grade. Just so you know, crescentharpe  here is Yabu and I’m Daiki. XDDDDDDDDD

Hey! Say! JUMP Recording

First Hour

Yabu being the leader oldest was once again straining himself to take care of everything and everyone.

He was checking the lyrics for the third time when he realized that the word “coffee” was misspelled as “cossee.”

“Chii,” he called out. “Can you pass me the pen?”

‘Chii’ looked at him. “Yabu-chan, I’m Inoo. Chii hasn’t arrived.” Inoo said as he pass him the pen. But Yabu seems to not hear him.

(First Straw)

Second Hour

Yabu was talking to Johnny-san about their song.

Hikaru and Inoo were in the same room laughing about a story Hikaru shared.

“No way, he really did that?” Inoo said, laughing.

“Yeah, you should have been there!”

“Can you please be quiet?! Can’t you see I’m talking to someone?!” Yabu roared at them.

(Second Straw)

Breaktime

As usual, the staff prepared a variety of foods for their lunch. Inoo was pleased that today, they served his favorite rice and curry.

‘Good thing I already got some. Seems like the staffs love the curry, too!’

He left his curry on his table intending to get some drinks.

But when he came back, his plate was empty and his seat was not.

Yabu seems to be wiping the last of the curry from his mouth.

Yabu stood up and left not even acknowledging Inoo’s presence.

(Third Straw)

Still their breaktime…

Ryuu and Yama-chan was once again arguing about the most trivial things.

Inoo intercepted.

“You guys, not again. Why do you always fight?” Inoo said.

“He started it!” Ryuu pointed to Yama-chan.

Yamada stuck out his tongue at him.

Ryuu jumped, intending to tackle Yama-chan but Inoo blocked him and instead ended up tackling Ryuu.

“What is going on here?” they heard Yabu’s voice from above them.

“Inoo, you should be ashamed of yourself! Picking on Ryuu!” he said.

“I didn’t—“

“Don’t try to explain. Just don’t do it again.” Then Yabu dismissed them and left just like that.

Yama-chan and Ryuu poked him.

“We’re sorry…”

(Fourth Straw)

They have a long break…

They were in the lounge. Keito was teaching Yuto some English, Ryuu and Yama-chan were arguing again, Chii was sitting on Takaki’s lap, and Hikaru was playing with Daiki’s (who was fast asleep) face.

Yabu was composing another song. He then remembered that he needed to call Jin-kun.

“Uhmm, can you pass my phone?” Yabu ask the person next to him.

“Me?” Inoo ask.

“Yeah, you. What’s your name again? Please pass my phone.” He said distractedly never leaving his eyes from his incomplete song.

(LAST STRAW)

He was startled when his phone flew straight to his face.

“Hey!” Yabu cried.

“I HATE YOU!” Inoo ran out.

Everyone stopped in their tracks.

Sixth Hour

Hikaru explained to Yabu that he has been too distracted the whole morning and that he was mean to Inoo a lot of times today.

Yabu didn’t know what he’d done but he felt guilty. He tried talking to him but whenever he’s near the vicinity, Inoo would disappear.

It came to a point when Daiki became their messenger.

He would talk to Yabu then run off to find Inoo and explain that Yabu was sorry. And then he would return to Yabu and say Inoo don’t want to accept his apologies.

It transpired for two hours but Inoo was stubborn.

Yabu didn’t know what to do. He didn’t want Inoo to stay mad at him forever!

But Inoo was still mad at him.

And the next thing Yabu knew, he was crying and Daiki and Takaki was comforting him.

But he just cried harder.

Daiki ran to Inoo (who seems to be ranting at HIkaru no doubt about Yabu) and said that Yabu was already crying but he still wouldn’t budge.

And because of all his crying, Yabu had difficulty in breathing. And then Yabu had an asthma attack.

Daiki and Takaki, together with Seven rushed Yabu to the infirmary.

Hikaru and Inoo followed hearing the commotion.

They found them at the stairs next to the infirmary. Seven was crying.

“I-it was m-my” Chii sniff, “first time s-seeing Yabu-kun like that!” Chii sobbed.

Inoo’s tears fell too. He should not have been so stubborn!

Daiki patted him on the back.

“Ryuu, check up on Yabu.” Takaki said.

Ryuu just nodded and went inside the infirmary.

But he was back in no time. He ran back.

“Yabu-kun stopped breathing!” he cried.

The whole Hey! Say! JUMP cried.

Inoo’s knees gave out, he broke down.

“It’s my entire fault!!” he screamed to the heavens, his tears falling incessantly.

But then Ryuu laughed.

“Jeez guys, it was just a joke! Don’t be so dramatic!” And then he laugh and laugh. He shed tears from laughing.

But later he shed tears from the pain eight thumps can give.

But the most important thing is, Yabu and Inoo made up! And Hey! Say! JUMP (save for Ryuu) lived happily ever after.
